Sky City Mall in Vereeniging NU

The new Sky City Mall, which borders the intersection of the R550 Heidelberg Road in Waterval, just south of Katlehong, is well positioned on a stretch of agricultural land in Waterval, just south of Katlehong, and serves as a catchment of large traffic volumes.

Sky City Mall will be a first for Waterval residents, with 12,000m2 of retail space and 50 stores open by April 2019.

The influx of construction in the region will benefit nearby nodes such as Palm Ridge, Eden Park, and Garthdale, bringing significant growth and job possibilities to these towns.

It will act as a hub for feasible international trade, with easy supplies of goods close at hand, thanks to the proposed Natalspruit Inland Port's vicinity.
